Thank you for all your work in set-up of our IT systems.

We came to Computer services, as it was a local based company, with a unique set of IT needs. It involved implementation of an Exchange email and central (Windows 2008) server for our business. Both of the main partners in our business, which revolves around boutique financing of businesses, are heavily reliant on Windows Mobile technology being out of the office much of the time. Alex was able to understand, define and implement our IT infrastructure needs across various  computers and mobile devices which ran Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows Mobile – and all of these linked into Windows Server 2008. We were impressed with his professional and methodical approach to the problems, of which there were many across so many Windows platforms – eventually culminating in a robust, seamless and practical system that allowed us to concentrate on conducting our business in the most efficient way without worrying about the underlying IT infrastructure. Following from the experience of working with Alex, we will and have recommended him to our close clients and have already engaged him to implement further IT infrastructure projects for us.

I approached Alex at Computer Services a couple of months ago. I was in the process of setting up my new recycling business and it consisted of having four users on a network, with e-mail, which I had know clue about...The office needed cabling to run the network and a exchange server installation was also required.

From the first I have to say Alex was completely professional and very helpful. throughout the project he kept me updated and gave me clear instructions step by step on achieving the final goal. He helped with ordering the right parts contacting suppliers, a complete hands on approach.

I must also say I had many quotes to have this job completed but nobody could offer the full package with cabling and full installation, Definitely good value for money.

The job is now complete and I have had a few hick ups due to my lack of knowledge on the system. Every time I have contacted Alex you can trust he is on the end of a phone or e-mail and his response time to fix the problems is second to non.

As this implies, we have very limited knowledge of IT generally but AJCS was more than happy to come in and show us the basics, arranging everything from email accounts to web-design (even showed us how to navigate through our PCs including the software programs!).
